FEELING IN PETKOGBAD. FAVOURABLY INCLINED. (Australian and N.Z. Cahle Association.) (Received 9.50 a.m.) LONDON, July 16. The "Morning Post's" correspondent at Petrograd states that the departure of Council Ministers to the Imperial headquarters has been much commented upon. There is a strong feeling in influential quarters that when Austria again puts out feelers for a separate peace they should be welcomed by the Allies. It is thought that the time "has also come when the Allies should agree on a basis for future peace terms.
