The "Morning Post's" correspondent at Petrograd states that the departure of Council Ministers to the Imperial headquarters has been much commented upon. There is a strong feeling in influential quarters that when Austria again puts out feelers for a separate peace they should be welcomed by the Allies. It is thought that the time "has also come when the Allies should agree on a basis for future peace terms.
