ACTION WILL LJEAD TO DECLARATION OF WAR. " EMPLOYMENT Or ITALIANS ON OTHER FRONTS. (Received 11.15 a.m.) ROME, July 16. The "Giomale d'ltalia" states that Italy has denounced the GermanItalian commercial treaty, owing to the arrogance of Germany towards Italian subjects. This action is expected to lead to a declaration of war, resulting in Italian soldiers going to other fronts.
