It is reported that she Trill make a night dash for sea, in order to avoid the waiting cruisers. Count Bernstorff, the German Ambassador, inspected the vessel, and placed official, letters aboard her. The New York "World's" Berlin correspondent states that a third German freight submersible has been finished, and a fourth is nearing completion. The ship, yards are working night and day on submarines.
