In the House of Lords, on Viscount Haldane, a former Secretary of State for War, rising to epeak, the Duke of Buccleuch.asked him to explain his past conduct in deceiving Britain regarding the German danger. Viscount Haldane replied that there had been an extraordinary amount of misrepresentation regarding the matter. The sooner the truth \rsfe brought to light the better. . j
