James Allen that they are providing additional guns to equip the New Zealand artillery additions. bringin<«~th«» artillery up to the strength required by the.creation of a New Zealand Division. Brigadier-General Fulton, a New Zealander, who formerly served with the Ind.an Army, has been given command of the third brigade forming the division.
