SEVERED BONDS.

LEFT WITH THE OTHER MAN. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. Joseph Bond, a Huntly miner, sought dissolution of- his marriage with Alice Bond, before Mr. Justice Cooper, at the Hamilton Supreme Court yesterday, on the gjounds of adultery, Thomas Miller being named as co-respondent. The parties were married in 1597, and lived continuously at Huntly until August 22, 1911. There were four children of the marriage. Co-respondent was a boarder with the Bonds for a period of 12 mouths, until a short time before respondent left home for the ostensible purpose of spending a holiday with petitioner's sister, a Mrs. Marshall, of Birkenhead. She did not return home, and it was later discovered that she had never been, to her sister-in-law's house. The co-respondent, after leaving petitioner's house, remained in Huntly for about four months, and oil huj departure investigations showed that respondent and-, co-respondent were living • together as jtuiu and wife.
