A TEMPTING OFFER. ACCEPTED BY DAIRY COMPANY. __ < (By Telegraph.—Oven Correspondent.) ' HAMILTON, this day. ! Last evening the ehareholders of the , Waihon Valley Dairy Company met Mr. ' F. Nathan, representing J. Nathan and ; Co., Wellington, to consider a proposal . to manufacture glaxo and dried milk. . The firm offered for a term of ten to fifteen years a considerably higher price than tbat for butter payments in the district, with a minimum price of fifteen pence for butter-fat per pound. A resolution accepting the offer was carried by 27 to 4, also a proposal to increase the nominal capital of the company to £15,000. The factory ie to be 'considerably enlarged, and machinery for dried milk manufacture installed before August.
