_To the Editor.) Sir, —Could you or any of your readers explain why street barrows are allowed to take up permanent stands at all principal street corners in tho city? It is nob only a nuisance, but a decided danger to traffic. All street corners end intersections should be kept clear of permanent stands, and on no account should stands be allowed to block traffic—l am,.etc-, . TRAEFICy
