REV. K. J. CAMPBEXVS NEW WORK. (Received 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, February 25. The Rev. E. J. Campbell has been ordained as minister of the parish church of Birmingham by the Bishop of Birmingham.
K. J. Campbell, M-A... who ie now in his 49th year, attained a, reputation during his pastorate of the City Temple, London, to e which he succeeded in 1903. His two . books" on the New Theology aroused a i good deal of controversy' ai the time they were published. He' resigned the pastorate of the City Temple last year, and at the same time left the .Congregational Church ' and joined the Church" of England.
