DESTROYER AND SUBMARINE.
ENCOUNTER OFF BULGAR COAST. ENEMY SUBMARINE SUNK. (Received! p.m.) PETROGBAD, December 28. An official message reports an encounter on the Bulgarian coast between the destroyer Gromky and a number of enemy submarines. ' Tlie Gromky skilfully evaded two torpedoes, and repulsed the submarines by artillery. It is believee that one submarine was sunk.
