UNREST IN PERSIA.
REVOLT OF GENDARMES UNDER GERMAN. OFFICERS. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 23. Sir' Edward Grey, speaking in the House, .of Commons, said that the Persian gendarmerie at Shiraz had revolted, and under their foreign officers had made prisoners of the British Consul and other Britishers.
