BULGARIA NEARING A DECLARATION OF WAR
CROWN PRINCE APPOINTED LEADER OF THE ARMY. v BUCHAREST TREATY MUST BE ABROGATED. SOFIA. September 28. The Crown Prince has been appointed commander in -chief of the Bulgarian Army. The "S'arodni Prava," a Government organ, says that Bulgaria is not only compelled to prepare against any violation of her interests, but to obtain in the most favourable circumstances what she cannot do without. The newspaper "Mir" declares that Bulgaria must obtain the abohtida of the Bucharest Treaty. All Bulgarians in America have been called to tbc colours.
