(Times and Sydney Sun Semcea.) (Received 8.30 a.m.) LONDON. September 28. The German and Italian newspapers assert that Bulgaria has not made ajiy engagement to support any of the belligerents. Berlin denies that Bulgaria has sent an ultimatum to Servia. The Paris "Temps" says M. Yestnitch, the Servian Minister to Paris, when interviewed, stated that it was necessary for the Allies to act quickly for the defence of Scrvia, and there was reason to believe that their support woulc be forthcoming.
