ARMY STEADILY MARCHING WESTWARD. RETAKING RIVER 4 CAPTURED BY GERMANS, AT HEAVY COST (Received 10.15 a.m.) PAJIIS, September 27. M. Nadeau, a French correspondent with the Russian headquarters, telegraphing to the "Journal dee Debits," reports a considerable Russian success •oath of Polesie, in the southern fighting region. The Russian* are progressing constantly westward, methodically regaining watercourse* which th* Germans previously captured at enormous cost. The Russians are everywhere advancing between Polesie and Rumania. Iβ the northern area there is n.. a German north of the River Dwina.
