WAR CONTRACTS DELATED
BY DRUNKEN WORKMEN. EMPLOYERS AWARDED " DAMAGES. (Received 3 p.m.), LONDON, March 24. The magistrates awarded several employers £3 damages each against several workmen in various parts of the country who engaged in drinking bouts instead of doing work on war contracts.
