The Prime Minister has received the following cable from the High Commissioner, dated from London, March 24, 4.55 a.m.: —Petrograd reports that General yon Kusmanek, the commandant of Przemysl, surrendered •unconditionally, with the garrison, nine generals, 2,593 officers and official*, and 117,000 rank and file. The Russians entered the fortress and took possession.
