WELLINGTON, March 24. The Prime Minister has received the following cablegram from the High / Commissioner, dated March 23, 9-55 ajn.:— ; A report from Cairo states that on Monday, at dawn, our air patrol • discovered a party of the enemy at El Kubli, opposite buez.
