The results of the theory section of the examination for vocal and instrumental diplomas conducted by the Board of Trinity College of Muaic,* London, in Auckland, in Devember, have been received by the local secretary, Mr. H. G. Dutton. Sixty marks-were "required for a pass in each of the subjets in this section, art of teaching and rudiments of music, the maximum marks in each case being 100.
