AUSTRO-GERMANS ADVISED TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY.
SUSPECTED SPIES UNDER OBSERVATION. PARIS, March 22. The "Matin's" Rome correspondent says that a decree Das been issuotl calling to the colours the officers of the first liny, now on half pay. This Is regarded as symptomatic, as the majority belong to the public administration, the disorganisation of which, it is thought, would not be ordered without serious reasons. The Austrian and Gorman Consuls in Home have advised the subjects of tlicir countries to leave Italy at the earliest opportunity. The Italian police are watching many new Austro-German arrivals, who are strongly suspected of being military spies.
