Results are as follows:— Action Recitation (boy or girl, nine to twelve): Muriel Hodgson (Invercargill), 78; Gwen Chapman (Christchurch), 76. Recitation in Character (boy or girl, ten to fourteen): May C. Brown (Dunedin), 82; Edna Pedder (Timaru),. 77;; Gwen Chapman (Christchurch), 76. Instrumental Trio: Tho Dunedin competitors scored an easy win. ■English Ballad (ladies): Miss F. C. Cother (St Albans), 145; Miss E. Richards (Invercargill), _._• Miss E. Baird (.Aahhuiton), 108.
