FAILURE OF SORTIE FROM PRZEMYSL.
FOUR THOUSAND PRISONERS TAKEN BY RUSSIANS. GARRISON'S ENORMOUS LOSSES IN KILLED AND WOUNDED. (Received 9.30 ajn.) PETROGRAD, March 21. Official details of the repulse of four regiments who- made a sortie from Przemysl show that the Russians captured 107 officers, 3954 men,-and sixteen machine guns. Prisoners describe the losses in killed, wounded and prisoner* as enormous.
