BOROUGH 9OTTCES. IN RESPECT OF SANITATION. To forbid the burial of nigh'tsoil. offensive matter or. dead Animals within the Borough except by permission of the oouncil; the deposit of such matter, or iiny rubbish, on any street, foreshore, or vacant land. To regulate the eopstrnctlon and maintenance of privdes, and the removal of nlahtsoil.
