TO PROVIDE THE SOP FOR ITALY'S NEUTRALITY. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) (Received 8.30 a.m.) LONDON. March IS. A message from Borne says that at a Council held at the residence of the Austrian Foreign Minister (Count Burian) the Ministers spiritedly discussed the proposed concession of the Trentino to Italy and protested against Prince yon Buelow's suggestion for surrendering the territory. It was decided that nothing be j conceded unless Italy dealt directly with j Austria, and the Council also considered I that any concessions made to Italy ought \ to be proportionate to Austria's territorial gains from the war. j
