UNION REJECTS STATE BAKERY
(Received 9.3rt a.m.) SYDNEY, this .lay. A mass meeting of the Bakers' l/nion was held in reference to Mr. D. R. Hull's State bread-making scheme, and a resolution ivas passed condemning any action of the (Jovprnment tending to minimise labour. ;is it would throw out of employment 'hundreds of men. It was stated that under a State baking sell-erne live out of six bakers now employed would be put out of employment.
