BELGIANS MINE AND BLOW IT UP.
PARIS, March 16. The Belgians have captured a windmill at Dixmude, which the Germans transformed into a fortress by means of reinforced concrete. The Belgians by means of a mine blew the mil] to pieces, which contained 30 machine-guns.
