LONDON, March 16. Childish German Wail. The Danish Government refuses to forward letters inscribed "God punish England!" as the Danish law prohibits the carriage of letters containing blasphemous matter. The German Way. It is officially reported in Berlin that the German Governor-General of Belgium has introduced compulsory attendance at —anal for Belgian children.
