toIfDON, March 16. The captain of the steamer Headlands, which was sunk by the Germans, coolly took a snapshot of the submarine C2O while it was manoeuvring to discharge its- torpedo. The photograph discloses that the submarine „ has a. hiah . bow designed to give greater, speed = on tbe' surface. - '
