JAPAN AND HER NEIGHBOUR.
TROOPS LEAVE FOR CHINA. OFFICIAL INTIMATION. (Received 9.10 a.m.i LONDON, March 15. A message from Pekin states that the Chinese Government has been officially informed that a Japanese squadron, convoying two divisions of approximately 30,000 men. has sailed for China. The soldiers will be distributed in the provinces of Manchuria. Shantung Tientsin and Hankow.
