BULGARIA REFUSES BRIBE.
LONDON, March 15. The "Daily Mail's" Sofia correspondent says tliat Turkey, with the support of Germany and Austria, offered to Bulgaria tbe Knos-Midia frontier on condition that Bulgaria should simultaneously occupy Macedonia. Bulgaria declined to agree to the proposal.
