ROWING. The Ngaruawahia regatta will be held tomorrow (St. Patrick's Day), when the meeeting, from the point ot view of amateur oarsmen, is expected to revive ail of its old-time Importance as an event in the rowing season. A start will be made with the races early In the afternoon.
