WELSH DISESTABLISHMENT
POSTPONEMENT NOT POPULAR. (Received 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 14. The Welsh Radicals are very angry with Mr Asquith for postponing the operation of the Welsh Disestablishment Bill, and are tabling many amendments to his proposal.
