SUPREME COURT SENTENCES

WELLINGTON, Saturday. At the Supreme Court to-day Mr justice Chapman sentenced PhvUis Fowler to three months' imprisonment for concealing the dead body of a child at Hawera. Ellen Sullivan was sentenced to four months imprisonment for stabbing her mother with a knife; whilst Arthur Charles Peare? W as admitted to probation for theft at Wellington on partial restitution.
