BORQUOH NOTICES. IN RESPECT OP .SANITATION. To forbid itbe burial of nigbtsoil, offensive matter or dead animals within the Borough except by permission of the Council; the deposit of euch matter, or any rubbish, on any street, foreshore, or vacant land.
