N.S.W. CABINET CHANGES.
SYDNEY, March 12. in the reconstruction of the X.S.W State Ministry, consequent upon Mr Carmichacl's resignation. Mr. A. Griffith takes the portfolio of Public Instruction, Mr. Black the Chief Secretaryship, and Mr. Ashford Lands and Agriculture. Mr. Cann has been relieved of the portfolio of Mince, which Mr. Estell takes in addition to Labour. Mr. Grahame becomes honorary assistant to the Minister for Lands and Agriculture The other portfolios aTe held as before. Mr. Holman states that Mr. Grahamc, at his own request, is not to -carry a full portfolio. At present he will take i minor rank. (Received 0 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. There are indications of further trouble ahead in the New South Watas Cabinet over the question of the order of precedence of the various Ministers.
