PQXSOXBY YACHT AND LAUNCH CRUISING CLUB. FIRST ANNUAL REGATTA. The above club is holding Us first annual regatta to-morrow afternoon. Tie scow Jvororu has been kindly placed at the disposal of the club by the Ford Shipping Co., so as to as flagship, and members and friends will be conveyed to the boat from St. Mary's ;Bay jetty by the club's launches at intervals during the afternoon. Afternoon tea will he provided. Course for Class 1., 11., and lll.—Start North, side of flagship, thence round chequer&d buoy in Rangitoto Channel, thence round Kort Resolution buoy, thence round Pile Beacon, finishing north side of Sagshlp. All marks kept on starboard hand. All boats to keep outside Sandspit buoy.
Open Boats. — Masoo-tte scratch, Atapair! scratch. Mistral scratch, Zephyr 2m, Eclipse 6m, Yvonne 7m, Xuma Bm.
Course. —From north side of flagship, thence round onter pile at Bayswater, thence round Fort; <Resolntion buoy, thence rrrand Pile Beacon, finishing north side of 'flaireni-p.
Auxiliary Race.—Post entries until 12 o'clock Saturday.
Mutual Handicap.— Conrse, same as Class I.
