PQXSOXBY YACHT AND LAUNCH CRUISING CLUB. FIRST ANNUAL REGATTA. The above club is holding Us first annual regatta to-morrow afternoon. Tie scow Jvororu has been kindly placed at the disposal of the club by the Ford Shipping Co., so as to as flagship, and members and friends will be conveyed to the boat from St. Mary's ;Bay jetty by the club's launches at intervals during the afternoon. All marks kept on starboard hand. All boats to keep outside Sandspit buoy.

Course. —From north side of flagship, thence round onter pile at Bayswater, thence round Fort; <Resolntion buoy, thence rrrand Pile Beacon, finishing north side of 'flaireni-p.

Auxiliary Race.—Post entries until 12 o'clock Saturday.
