INDECISIVE FIGHTING IN THE CHAMPAGNE.
TRENCHES CAPTURED AND RECAPTURED. (Received 11—5 a.m.) PARIS, March 10. A communique states that the Allies made further progress north-cast of MesniL Obstinate fighting between Four de Paris and Bolantc ended without decisive success to either side, trenches being captured and recaptured. GERMAN REDOUBT IN THE AISNE CAPTUBED. I t > FIRST LINE OF TRENCHES- CAPTURED AT FOUR DE PARIS. PARIS, March 10. An official report says that the Allies repulsed an attack cast of Stccn6trastc, in Belgium. Fighting continued at Notre Dame dc Lorpttc all .day, but the positions were not changed. Further porgrcss has been made at Perthes, where another two hundred metres of trenches have been captured. North-cast "of Mcsnil a German redoubt was taken, together with some prisoners and three machine-guns. The enemy's works were very strong, and included armoured shelters, supplied with revolving guns, and deep, subterranean chambers.
