Grotesque details are reaching England daily. Newspapers published in Bilbao, Spain, give (icnnaii telegrams containing amongst other fabrications the titatement that tho Commander-in-Chief of the French Army (General .lofTre) had resigned, England was suing for pcapp, France had ceded Algeria t6 Germany, and Belgium had mled part of Belgian Congo.
