GERMANS REPULSED NEAR LIEGE.
A BELGIAN VICTORY REPORTED. (Received 2.45 p.m.) LONDON. August 5. Advices received here at three o'clock this morning state that the Belgians repulsed the German forces near Liege. Foreseeing the German advance, the Belgians blew up the tunnels and bridges in the Valley of the Mouse.
