FRENCH SUCCESSES AT SEA.
TWO GERMAN CRUISERS CAPTURED. A THIRD SUNK AT ALGIERS. (Received 2.15 pjn.) PARIS. August 5. The French fleet at Algiers captured the German cruisers Golien and Breslau, md sank the Panther, the vessel which gained notoriety at the time of the Agadir coup.
