RACING SUPERFLUOUS.
POSTPONING RENT DAT. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON. August 5. The Jockey Club is considering the advisability of suspending all racing in England during tlie present crisis. A Paris message states that tbe French Government is introducing legislation 'extending a moratorium to house rents.
