LOCAL TROUBLES FEARED. (Times nnd Sydney Sun Services.) (Received 8.30 a.m.) HONGKONG, August 5. A panic prevails at Kiaochau among the German shipping. German reservists are concentrating there. The Kiacic.hau wireless station is sending out urgent message*. Absolute 'taralysis of trade prevails throughout, the Far East, and local troubles are feared.
