LADY DUDLEY'S IDEA. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, August 5. Lady Dudley, wife of the former Governor-General of Australia, is starting a fund to establish an Australian field hospital. Several Australians .have promised to help liberally with the idea, and an anonymou" donor has offered £2,500 towards the project.
