GERMAN TREASURE SHIP ESCAPES.
RETURNS TO AMERICAN TERRITORY*. DISGUISED AS A BRITISH STEAMER NEW YORK, August 5. Tho Kronprinzcssin C'ocilie, with £2,000.000 aboard, has returned to Bar Harbour, Maine. The captain, fearing capture, disguised the vessel as a British steamer, and concealed all lights, but wireless informed him that British warships were near.
