MELBOURNE, this day. Mr Hughes, addressing a political meeting, and attacking Mr Cook's paTty politics. said the Prime Minister and Sir James Irvine came from the shambles after having butchered tlie Senate with blood dripping from their fingers, and claimed to be champions of the Constitution.
