SYDXEY, this day. Messrs Tretle (Minister of Agriculture I and Bath submitted to the Railway Commissioners a comprehensive scheme for the bulk handling of grain, involving I tlie expenditure of £2.000.000. Xew South Wales and West Australia propose spending £800.000 each on reinforced jrrain elevators, nnd have asked Victoria to co-operate.
