TEN BATHERS DROWNED.
TWO CHILDREN PERISH. Df SIGHT OF INERT THOUSANDS (Received 10.10 a.m.) NEW YORK. July 13. Ten people were drowned during Sunday bathing. Tiro youngsters got out of their depth '■ in Prospect Park. Brooklyn, and were ' drowned in sight of several thousand onlookers, who did not offer aid.
