Be states that tlic situation there is worse than in Mexico. An army of thro:* thousand, with no plan of campaign, is thrown entirely on it= own resources. The present 'wisitinn is worse than any industrial trouble since the maritime strike of 1890. The only way out of the difficulty wa.s for the miners to reorganise and prevent politicians having official control oi the movement.
