A CALLOUS MURDERER.
SINGS IN HIS CELL. - LONDON, February 7. There is little likelihood of an appeal in the case of Sumner, the young man who was sentenced to death on Thursday at Liverpool for the murder of Miss Christina Bradfield- Miss Bradfield's dead body, trussed up with ropes, was recently taken out of a canal near LiverpooL Sumner, who was a fellow-employee of the dead woman, eluded arrest for some time He appears to be resigned to his fate, and was heard singing in his cell after the verdict had been returned by the jury.
