RAILWAY FATALITY.
GIRL'S ARM STRUCK OFF. (Received 11.50 ajn.) MELBOURNE, this day. A girl named Norris, while returning from a picnic on Saturday, thrust her arm out of a carriage window. The open door of a passing train struck and completely severed the arm, which was thrown in the face of a passenger in the next compartment. The girl succumbed as a result of shock and loss of blood.
