EXCITEMENT IN MEXICO.
ANOTHER REVOLUTIONARY PLOT. TO DEPOSE HXTERTA. MEXICO CITY, February 8. Reports of plots and counter-plots keep the political situation in Mexico in a state of turmoil. The latest discovery is a coup d'etat to depose General Huerta, Troops have been placed to command the whole city, and there is much excitement. Measures have been taken to prevent any outbreak.
